Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technology and Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain and upgrade technology infrastructure
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement new technologies
  • Have to maintenance the daily office activities as well as report to HR on daily basis
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with IT service management tools and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
