Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technologist to support PEE Fab operations in Singapore. The role focuses on supervising shift technicians, maintaining pumps, chillers and abatement systems, and driving TPM activities.

You will integrate AI-enabled tools to improve daily performance while ensuring safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has an engineering diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical skills, vacuum system knowledge, and good problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent experience.

Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.## Responsibility:* Proactively promote safety priorities and standards* Maintain vigilance and bring up workplace safety concerns* Proactively supervise the performance of equipment and address any issues in a timely manner* Direct shift equipment team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance* Demonstrate a solid grasp of all Fab Support duties and able to assist in developing the technical skills of your team. Focus on Pumps, Chiller and Abatement systems.* Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs: attendance, staffing, and reviews* Serve as the main point of contact between the FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding Production issues* Accept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift* Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs* Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities* Foster an environment for other Fab10 employees to resolve problems, give feedback and express concern* Assist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning* Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.* Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.## Requirements:* A relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivalent working experience* Strong mechanical competence with the ability to understand and repair mechanical systems* Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability* Ability to use schematic diagrams to solve systems to components level* Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite* Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks* Time management, organization, and prioritization skills* Follows procedures and work with minimal supervision* Able to perform 12-hour work shift* Good communication and interpersonal skills**About Micron Technology, Inc.**We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life *for all*.
