Job summary

A leading leasing company in Singapore is looking for a skilled technician to perform maintenance and repair work on heavy vehicles, including diesel and hybrid models. Candidates should have relevant experience in commercial vehicle service, particularly with diesel vans and 24 footer trucks. The role involves ensuring high quality of work and adherence to safety guidelines while completing work orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Relevant commercial vehicle service or repair experience, preferably with diesel vans and 24 footer trucks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and overhaul heavy vehicles to meet service standards.
• Report unusual repair issues to Team Leader.
• Follow safety and orderliness guidelines.
• Complete work orders for each serviced vehicle.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles (diesel, commercial vehicle, electric and hybrid), ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order.
• Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
• Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and etc.
• Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant commercial vehicle service or repair experience. (Prior experience working on diesel vans and 24 footer trucks)
