Job description

About the Role

  • Provide instruction and work with technicians to carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective.
  • maintenance, and repairs as instructed by the Engineer.
  • Enforce and check general housekeeping and tidiness of the workplace and workspace.
  • Attend to TAM cases assigned by the Engineer on-site, carrying out permanent rectification or temporary.
  • repairs/fixes (when necessary) within the given time.
  • Assist the Engineer in following up on outstanding issues passed down.
  • Be required to come on-site if urgent issues arise.
  • Maintain good physical condition and strength.
  • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and with technicians.
  • Able to lead the team in the absence of a supervisor.
  • Able to support events with a dynamic work schedule.
  • Able to supervise contractors for any repair work and project work.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately and timely.

About You

  • Minimum NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
  • Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Well versed in M&E system & must be able to hands on.
