Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is looking for support in its Engineering teams. Responsibilities include assisting in setting up test equipment, operating production test apparatus, and handling logistics related to testing. Candidates with a diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering are preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided on the job.

• Operate prober and handler to run production tests.
• Perform Test program correlation and reject verifications.

Hands-on experience with Handlers

Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production.
• Operate prober and handler to run production test
• Assist in packing, shipping of tested units, preparation of invoice and deliver units to test backend facility when needed
• Perform Test program correlation and reject verifications by manual test
• Perform minor soldering work to mount demount components when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Able to work on night or Sat/Sun shifts when needed
• Entry Level / Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment is a plus.
• Training will be provided on the job.
