Job summary
An energy company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage gas incident responses, perform site investigations, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service requests handling. Applicants should possess a Higher Nitec or Nitec in Engineering and ideally have relevant technical experience. A driving license is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Possess a driving license (class 3 / 2).
Responsibilities
- Attend to reported gas incidents and supply abnormalities.
- Perform site investigations and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Investigate and report on abnormalities related to meter readings.
- Manage meter cut-off and overdue accounts.
- Respond to customer service requests and handle feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
- Perform site investigations and rectification work inclusive of coordination work with the relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
- Investigate and report on abnormalities related to meter readings.
- Manage meter cut-off and handle matters related to overdue account.
- Respond to customer service requests, such as installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
- Handle customers’ enquiries/ feedback and service recoveries.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
- Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
- Possess a driving license (class 3 / 2).
