Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services;
• To operate Building Systems and record their performance data;
• To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned;
• To attend to In-house/Customers’ requests diligently;
• To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout and assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors;
• To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings;
• Good Hand-on/Handyman skills;
• To be part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT);
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum NITEC/NTC certificate in Building Services or M&E engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building facilities and/or places of Warehouses and/or central kitchen;
• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions;
• Computer-literate and adaptable to new technologies, with hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), ACMV, chilled water systems, compressed air systems, food digestor systems, hot water systems, and cold room systems;
• Willing to work shifts and weekends/Public Holidays
