Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, assembly lines, and other production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform routine quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometres) to ensure products meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Accurately record production data, quality control results, and any machine issues in daily logs.
  • Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S principles.
Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Freshers with relevant certifications and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform shift work, including nights and weekends (if applicable).
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
