Job summary

You will be responsible for performing test machine setups, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in a medical manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • Experienced in manufacturing environments.
  • Medical manufacturing industrial experience is preferable.
  • Basic knowledge of Electronics & Electrical.

  • Perform test machine setup, validation, and diagnosis of issues.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze failed products.

Job description

What you will do
  • Perform test machine setup, validation, diagnosis of issues encountered and provide resolution of the issue
  • Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring all activities are properly documented
  • Support software verification and validation activities
  • Perform weekly performance report
  • Troubleshoot and analyze failure product (external/internal) and works with Engineers on the corrective and preventive action
  • Streamlining of process as part of process improvement including documentation creation and update
  • Support data collection/ analysis for trial run and process/ product improvement
  • Conduct training based on identified test methodology/ procedure
  • Handle purchasing, adjustment and shipment for global site support
  • Inventory/ lab maintenance, 5S and EHS
  • Support gas phase coating process
  • Perform other/ ad hoc topic assigned
What you bring

Experience

  • Experienced in manufacturing environments
  • Medical manufacturing industrial experience is preferable
  • Basic knowledge of E&E, able to understand schematic drawing
  • Basic soldering skill and proficient in MS office tools
  • Basic troubleshooting skill
