Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Technician to support the maintenance operations across our co‑living properties. The role will primarily focus on painting works, with additional responsibilities involving general repair and handyman tasks.

Approximately 80% of the job scope will involve painting-related duties, while the remaining 20% will cover general maintenance and minor repair works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out painting work, including surface preparation, patching, and finishing across rooms, corridors, and other shared spaces.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that building facilities and common areas are well‑maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Carry out minor repairs / trouble shooting works.
  • Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Able to carry out works (e.g. painting, carpentry work etc. when necessary).
  • Maintain tools and work areas in good condition, following safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Job Requirements
  • NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical / Electric / Building or equivalent.
  • At least 1‑year relevant working experience in maintenance of M & E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement work.
  • Computer skills in MS Words and Excel.
  • Required minimum experience skill set in painting.
