Job description

Responsibility:

• Carry out repairs and troubleshooting of back-end engineering maintenance works to ensure excellence and consistency in operational support within the workplace, in line with the design intents of various mechanical, electrical, medical, and specialist systems.

• The role requires a hands-on individual to provide handyman services in support of the team, with knowledge in mechanical works such as air-conditioning servicing and/or basic electrical tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, electrical power point works).

• Knowledge of simple plumbing and sanitary works will be an added advantage.

• To align with the overall client’s expectation and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front-end engineering. To execute all fix, it and programmed maintenance within the framework of the allocated resources.

• Manage relationship with all specialist's sub-con and contractors appointed by the hospital to achieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / NTC2 / NTC3 in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Management) with minimum of one (1) year working experience

• Willing to learn attitude.

• Able to work overtime due to operational requirements

• Willing to work in healthcare environment.
