A facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a hands-on individual for engineering maintenance. The role involves repairs, handyman services, and collaboration with contractors. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience and relevant Nitec qualifications. A willingness to learn and work in a healthcare environment is essential.
Responsibility:
Carry out repairs and troubleshooting of back-end engineering maintenance works to ensure excellence and consistency in operational support within the workplace, in line with the design intents of various mechanical, electrical, medical, and specialist systems.
The role requires a hands-on individual to provide handyman services in support of the team, with knowledge in mechanical works such as air-conditioning servicing and/or basic electrical tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, electrical power point works).
Knowledge of simple plumbing and sanitary works will be an added advantage.
To align with the overall client’s expectation and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front-end engineering. To execute all fix, it and programmed maintenance within the framework of the allocated resources.
Manage relationship with all specialist's sub-con and contractors appointed by the hospital to achieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec / NTC2 / NTC3 in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Management) with minimum of one (1) year working experience
Willing to learn attitude.
Able to work overtime due to operational requirements
Willing to work in healthcare environment.
