• Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Leads contractors and vendors to perform maintenance works.

Job description

• Responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems.
• Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.
• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
• Studies equipment performance and reliability.
• Complete 3C (Concern, cause and corrective action) for every corrective/demand maintenance of plant equipment.
• Perform either 12-hours rotating shift or Non-shift works.
• Support operation (day/ night shift) if needed.
• Support the equipment qualification such as walkdown, punch list, commissioning, IQ/ OQ/ PQ on any new project.
• Execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.
• Lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects.
