Job summary

A marine services company in Singapore is looking for a Technician to conduct servicing and maintenance of marine equipment and liferafts. Candidates should have proven experience in the marine industry, with skills in troubleshooting and mechanical repairs. A Class 3 driving license is advantageous. The position may involve on-site support as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technician or Mechanic in the marine industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Class 3 driving license and/or electrical skills will be of advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of inflatable liferafts, safety equipment, and boats.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with marine equipment and implement repair solutions.
• Complete all relevant reports and documents of all maintenance activities and repair work.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise maintenance schedules.
• Provide on-site support and installations onboard vessel and in camp.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards.
