Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work any day of the week and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Move stock inventory check and perform building maintenance.
  • Conduct on-site checks and repairs of all types of equipment.
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and handymen effectively.

Skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Job includes hands on moving stock inventory check, building maintenance, basic electrical repairs and trouble‑shooting.
  • Conduct on-site checks and repair of all type of equipment.
  • Perform estimates on projects materials and man hour consumption.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required including management of handymen.
  • Must be able to cope and perform in fast pace environment to ensure quality work is carried out on schedule.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with MBS policies and within the realm of the MBS Company vision, mission and values.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification

Higher Nitec or related field preferred

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience

Other Prerequisites
  • Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department
  • Be familiar to use a range of hand and power tools.
  • Have a basic command of spoken and written English.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Get along with fellow Team Members and strong believer in teamwork.
  • Be willing to work any day of the week and rotational shift duties (up to 12 midnight)
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
