Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve output targets with quality products.
• Maintain GDP, GMP and AS9100D compliance (QMS).
• Ensure On-Time-Delivery (OTD) by meeting daily targets.
• Identify process issues and work with Process Engineers to resolve.
• Train existing and new staff on procedures and safety.

Key Objectives

• To achieve output target with good quality product.


• To learn and apply acquired knowledge where it's applicable.
  a) Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
  b) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)


• Work and comply to Quality Management System (QMS) such as AS9100D and others.

ISO Standard requirements.

• Abide at all time to company's rules and regulations (Collective Agreement)


• Work safely and adopt work safety habits as per Environment, Health and Safety requirements.


• Monitor production activity such as capturing production daily output ensuring the team meetsthe daily target requirement and machine are fully utilize at all time.


• Ensuring that production order are completed within the given time so as to meet the On-Time-Delivery (OTD) goals.


• Actively involves in identifies process problem, troubleshoot causes and work together with Process Engineer to develop a solution.


• Suggest improvement to production efficiencies and safe workplace environment.


• Ensure his/her team follow all safety policies and work processes.


• Conduct and coordinates staff training to exising and new staff.


• Guide and involves in ensuring staff are well discipline and abide to company's rules andregulations at all time.


• Continuously building good rapport among peers and subordinates.


• Promote good and harmonious communication that leads to positive vibes at the workplace.


• Involves in production meeting and participate in activities such as 6S.


• To attend NPI closure meeting and report issue encounter during FAT / FAI processing.

Requirements:

• NITEC, 'O' Level and equivalent.


• Working experience in manufacturing environment.


• Able to work independently and able to withstand long standing working position.


• Must be able to do rotating or 12-hour shift work when required.
