Technician lll under DSM Production Technical Support Team

You will be handling complex technical tasks in production operations, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will manage resources, monitor quality, and maintain production records, requiring advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Handle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
  • Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
  • Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products
  • Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
  • Make significant decisions within task scope, requiring advanced technical skills
  • Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment
  • Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation
  • Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training
  • Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
