Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and alignment fine tune of industrial robots, cobots, automative vehicle and automation equipment, including track systems.
  • Support installation, setup and commissioning of new system setup.
  • Assist in engineering projects, new system setup, equipment improvements.
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic and automation systems to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth line operations.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture to prevent incidents and equipment damage.
Qualifications
  • ITE, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply; Knowledge of Robotic and Automation in academic.
  • Experience with equipment or automation systems is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of pneumatic systems and troubleshooting of equipment and automation systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors is an advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
  • High awareness of workplace safety and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Willing to work 12-hour Day shifts and provide production line support as required.
