Perform routine and preventative maintenance on terminal equipment, such as bucket elevators, air slides, compressors and other mechanical systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Ensure that all tools and equipment are in safe and optimal working condition, making necessary repairs and adjustments as required.

Monitor and manage the flow of cement products within the terminal inclusive of ship receiving and bulk loading to ensure efficient handling and storage.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any issues that arise.

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
