Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems in manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and project support. Expertise in MAXIMO system and relevant experience are essential. The role involves both 12-hour shift and non-shift work schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of production equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with MAXIMO system for recording work orders.

• Responsible for maintenance and repair services of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Oversees installation, modification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitors production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Provides instrument and electrical repairs.
• Supports equipment qualification and commissioning of new projects.

Job description

• Responsible for maintenance and repair services of electrical & Instrument manufacturing systems.

• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

• Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.

• Provides instrument and/ or electrical repair.

• Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.

• Studies equipment performance and reliability.

• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.

• Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

esponsible for equipment and instrumentation calibration and maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant and other manufacturing and warehouse equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.

• Perform either 12-hours shift or Non-shift works.

• Responsible for support the equipment qualification such as walkdown, punch list, commissioning, IQ on any new project.

• Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.

• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.

• Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects.

• Carry out other work or task as directed by Engineer or Manager.
