Job Requirement
  • Maintenance and repair of all automation or peripheral equipment in the factory to reduce downtime.
  • Support equipment and process improvement projects, validation execution, preventive maintenance execution, and periodic verification.
  • Provide training to production technicians on basic operations and troubleshooting.
  • Meet quality objective, good GMP set by the line manager and management.
Job Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the equipment maintenance for the entire plant automation and control systems to minimize disruption to production.
  • Adhere to the standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance as per the maintenance program for the automation and other peripheral systems.
  • Monitor and collect data from equipment for performance improvement.
  • Participate in quality meetings on equipment and machine-related issues.
  • To update the maintenance report form, spare part usage record, and tracking.
  • Participate in the Continuous Process Improvement Team.
  • To work with the production technician and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed by the Company or manager/supervisor.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electronic or Industrial engineering, or Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical).
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in plant equipment/Automation repair and maintenance, assembly, robotic, vision system, pneumatic valve, and sensor.
