Job summary

A tech support company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated team member to support project implementation and maintenance. Responsibilities include assisting the project team with system setup and configuration, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support for hardware and software issues. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in relevant fields, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Additional skills in electronics and networking are advantageous, along with good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. Weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

Overview

Will be part of Operation & Support Team to support Project implementation and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities are as below:

Project:

• Support Project Team in Project implementation
• System setup, configuration and testing
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Maintenance:

• Perform CUAS Preventive and Corrective maintenance works at restricted Areas.
• Provide support services in operation exercise.
• Perform functional check and/or repair on testers and unit under Test.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Provide technical support to resolve hardware and software related problems on network and cyber systems.

Requirements

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Computer Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Experience in Electronics, PCB-related, electrical & networking would be advantageous.
• Some knowledge in cyber and network systems is a plus.
• Able to work over the weekend and standby for fault call if required
• Able to interpret schematics, technical manual and drawings for maintenance works.
• Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others.
• Possess class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
