Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor tool performance and perform daily equipment health checks and respond promptly to tool alarms or abnormalities
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs under supervision of Equipment Engineers
  • Assist in troubleshooting and recovery of equipment downtime to minimize production impact
  • Record maintenance activities and update equipment logs accurately in system
  • Follow cleanroom and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards
  • Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment hazards immediately
  • Escalate equipment issues or process deviations to engineers promptly
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Work experience in semiconductor wafer fab or related precision manufacturing industry
  • Hands‑on experience with semiconductor tools
  • Willing to work in 12‑hour rotating shifts (3-4-4-3 pattern)
  • Willing to take night shift if needed
  • Work in a cleanroom suit and handle mechanical components
