Candidates must have over 3 years in the semiconductor industry, along with a degree or diploma in engineering. • Ability to perform ATE equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and deinstall ATE equipment, including various models.
• Survey and inspect ATE equipment on site.
• Repair and recondition ATE equipment.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation and deinstallation of ATE equipment, including Teradyne Flex, UltraFlex, J750, Eagle, Magnum, Maverick, Advantest V93K, T2K..
• Survey and inspect ATE equipment on site to ensure it meets company purchase specification.
• Inspect the incoming ATE equipment and create a record of the status of the parts.
• Repair and recondition ATE equipment and perform functional testing to meet customer order specification.
• Functional / electrical testing and verification of ATE boards.

Requirements

• Work experience in semiconductor industry above 3 years.
• Knowledge of ATE equipment testing, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Possess a positive attitude, critical thinking and good problem-solving skill
• Keen attention to details and well organised
• Willing to take multi-tasking jobs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
