Job description

Our Client, in the Manufacturing Industry located in East has openings for Trainee Technician.

Responsibilities

• To repair, adjust, fabricate and perform maintenance on machineries, equipment and production accessories to their desirable functioning level.
• To train and supervise operators in handling machineries and equipment.
• To be responsible for the safety functioning and improve performance of the machineries and equipment.
• To assist Production Manager and be technical adviser in addressing technical concerns pertaining to the production process.
• To actively participate in Quality-related issues as part of the solutions provider from technical/engineering perspectives.
• To setup and manage the new machineries with the supervision from Acme Monaco Corporation technical.
• To provide accurate and periodic feedback to Acme Monaco Corporation Engineering department on the performance of the new machineries.
• To work out and ensure the supporting infrastructure is ready to accommodate the new machineries such as power conversion supply (110V for U.S equipment), air pipes and cable trucking, platforms for the machineries, etc.
• To perform other appropriate ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the Production Manager and Directors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least ITE Mechanical, Electrical / Industrial Maintenance equivalent
• At least 1 Year of industrial maintenance experience
