Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage quality control and inspection at installation sites, supervise technical rectification works for out of warranty units, and lead servicing efforts for customers. The ideal applicant should have a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical fields, be willing to work at night and weekends, and be able to excel both independently and in a team setting. This role requires dedication and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore is mandatory.
• Able to work at night and on Saturdays as needed.
• Must demonstrate ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage enhanced QC and inspections at installation sites.
• Supervise CCS rectification works for out of warranty units.
• Oversee servicing works and respond to customer CCS issues.
• Manage the dismantling of FCUs for balance sales.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Enhanced QC / inspection at Daikin installation sites
• Managing and supervision of CCS rectification works for out of warranty Dwelling Units (DUs) which include technical assessments, implementation of CCS rectification works (eg PU works, localised rectifications etc)
• Supervision of Fan Coil Unit (FCU) servicing works, and rapid response for Tengah customers with CCS issues
• Supervision of the dismantling of FCUs for Sales of Balance Dus

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore
• Willing to be rostered to work at night and Saturday.
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team in a challenging environment
