• Respond to client queries regarding equipment.
• Assist in installation and de-installation of coffee making equipment.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• In-house servicing and repair of specialty coffee equipment
• On-site visit to clients' premises for servicing and repair
• Maintaining an inventory of machines and spare parts
• Responding to clients' queries on equipment troubleshooting & repairs
• De-Installation and Installation of coffee making equipment
