Job description

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, enhancing servicing on car park systems.
• Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites.
• Co‑ordinate and follow‑up projects on site.
• Resolve technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Involve in start‑up works of new car parks and hand over of car parks, such as termination of telephone lines, arranging with contractors to install or remove signs, and coordinating equipment installation or dismantling.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment.
• Document maintenance and repair works, purchases, and testing records.
• Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items, and works orders.

Requirements
