Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of common area equipment(e.g. pumps, switchboards, lighting, rooftop systems)
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repair works on electrical and mechanical installations
• Troubleshooting and resetting of ELCB, replacement of defective lighting
• Supervising contractors and assisting the Site Team in overseeing minor improvementworks
• Maintaining records of inspections, maintenance, complaints, and work orders
• Operating and maintaining LT switchgears, distribution boards, compressors, pumps,and air-conditioning systems in common areas
• Managing inventory of tools, bulbs, and spare parts; ensuring stock levels aremaintained
• Purchasing basic materials required for repair works upon approval
• Reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities to the Site Officer or Manager
• Carrying out other technical and estate-related duties as assigned by yoursupervisor or the Management
