Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The CNC Technician will join the dynamic Product Development and Innovation (PDI) team. He/She will produce our new Kacific motorized satellite antenna. It has been developed and designed by the PDI team as a very innovative product to grow Kacific's future revenue.

The incumbent will be based in Singapore and will report to the production manager of PDI team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate End to End CNC machines, 3D printers, and associated software to produce mechanical parts for a small, motorized satellite antenna.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and report any machine malfunctions.
• Know how to use a 3d printer and G-code software for CNC machine and is a plus.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Participating in the assembly of mechanical parts, ensuring proper fit and function within antenna systems.
• Conduct testing and quality controls of the parts produced.
• Meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure proper packaging of finished products.
