Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Technical Team Leader to supervise a team of technical staff in maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems. Responsibilities include planning resources, overseeing service workflows, and client communication. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in security systems with a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both hardware and software aspects of security systems.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8–12 technical staff in performing maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems
• Oversee service and maintenance workflow to ensure efficient and timely execution of work orders
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on service and maintenance-related matters
• Plan and allocate resources, define project scope, track milestones, and monitor service quality metrics
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure maintenance commitments to clients are fulfilled according to schedule
• Prepare service reports and documentation as required
• Support system configuration, application setup, and integration of security systems

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)
• Experience in system configuration and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
• Proficient in both hardware and software aspects of security systems
• Able to start work immediately
