Job summary

EOS Defence Systems Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (MRO) to maintain, repair, and support Remote Weapon Systems at the depot and in the field. You will ensure reliability and meet quality standards for international defence clients.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, system integration support, and training delivery across regional sites, with travel as needed. A degree or diploma in engineering and several years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace or related field.
• 3–5 years in MRO, defence, aerospace or related environments; fresh grads welcome.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and maintenance manuals; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, repair, upgrade and dispose of EOS Defence Systems products per specs.
• Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting during depot and field operations.
• Support system integration, maintenance and upgrades at customer sites.
• Respond to technical queries and maintenance issues promptly.
• Deliver training to end-users locally and regionally.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and parts usage for traceability.
• Contribute to SNCA and root-cause analysis with Quality team.
• Perform incoming inspections of spare parts with QA teams.
• Execute duties as assigned by leadership of the RWS Depot Centre.

Job Summary

Join EOS Defence Systems Singapore as a Technical Support Engineer (MRO) to maintain, repair, and support Remote Weapon Systems at the depot and field, ensuring operational excellence and quality standards for international defence clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, repair, upgrade, and dispose of EOS Defence Systems products according to project and contract specifications
• Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and support during depot and field operations to ensure system reliability
• Assist with system integration, maintenance, and upgrades at customer sites to optimize performance
• Respond to and resolve customer technical queries and maintenance-related issues promptly
• Conduct system demonstrations for internal teams and external clients to showcase operational capabilities
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage for traceability
• Perform Failure Review Analysis and generate reports to identify root causes and collaborate with Quality team on Spare Non-Conformance Actions (SNCA) for issue resolution
• Conduct incoming inspections of spare parts with Internal and Customer Quality Assurance teams to verify compliance
• Deliver training programs to end-users locally and regionally to enhance operational knowledge and skills
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the President and Head/Deputy Head of RWS Depot Centre

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), defence systems, aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial equipment environments; fresh graduates are also welcome
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, maintenance manuals, and engineering documentation
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for customer support and field service activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working within regulated quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, defence, aerospace, or equivalent environments
