Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of products (printers, cutting plotters, etc.) including software applications.
• Provide technical support to Mimaki dealers and customers.
• Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical training for overseas dealers on company products.
• Record and submit all service data and reports accurately.
• Manage logistics in/out and inventory to ensure spare part availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders for pre-sales activities, including sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience (printer-related).
• Possess Class 2/3 driving license is an added advantage.
