Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the commercial team through data analysis, competitor comparison, and troubleshooting for pre- and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize testing methods, conduct evaluations, and perform benchmarking tests.
• Support production, logistics, and quality operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with standards.
• Assist R&D in benchmark testing and developing new analytical methods.
• Perform standard laboratory procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper equipment setup and maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience preferred.
• Familiar with injection molding technology and analytical techniques.
• Knowledge or experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
