A leading manufacturer of precision components in Singapore seeks a Production Engineer to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will hold a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and be willing to work rotating shifts. This role involves maintenance, process control, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while promoting safety in the workplace.

Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency quality yield and machine utilization
Maintain process control and carry out routine check verification and repair work
Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance programs on both hardware and system software
Maintain records of maintenance programs including plant equipment such as air compressor vacuum pump transformer and etc
Assist Engineer in maintaining list of spare parts through timely reviewing to ensure minimum disruption to the production operation
Ensure production operation meets the company’s quality policy and objectives and comply with customer requirements
Assist Process Engineer in executing continuous improvement plan to attain cost reduction program for customer and to meet company’s goals
Assist Production Supervisor in initiating action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity; assist and execute the implementation of product non-conformity solution
Raise safety awareness in assembly area
Promote and cultivate good housekeeping behaviors in assembly area
Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
0 to 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience. Training provided
Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift
