Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Services Officer responsible for supporting the standardization and implementation of Hotel101 Global’s property designs across projects. The role involves preparing and refining detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, performing test fits, and coordinating with project managers, consultants, and local contractors to ensure alignment with Hotel101 Global’s design standards.

The position also includes assisting in material sourcing and procurement coordination, maintaining design documentation, and supporting project handovers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Design & Drafting: Prepare, update, and refine detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD for architectural, mechanical, and electrical layouts in accordance with Hotel101’s design standards.
  • Test Fit & Space Planning: Conduct space planning and test fit analyses to evaluate layout efficiency, optimize space utilization, and ensure alignment with brand and operational requirements.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and local contractors to ensure design intent and technical standards are consistently implemented across projects.
  • Procurement & Material Coordination: Support the sourcing and coordination of approved materials, finishes, and equipment. Maintain organized records of vendor details, specifications, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and compliant procurement.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update design documentation, technical drawings, and project progress reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Project Support: Assist in the review of fit-out works, site inspections, and the handover or takeover of project spaces, ensuring compliance with Hotel101’s design and quality requirements.
Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in AutoCAD with solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in design coordination, building services, or property development. Experience in hospitality or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with theability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to produce precise, well-documented technical outputsand ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Teamwork & Initiative: Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinaryproject environment, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
