Job description

This position is responsible for onsite comprehensive support and maintenance services for integrated security systems, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to company standards and policies.

Technician will support and maintain integrated security systems including Lenel, Genetec, C•CURE, Avigilon, and Accesscom, across islandwide locations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to promptly resolve client issues related to security systems.
  • Provide full-spectrum support services including:
    • Routine preventive maintenance
    • Troubleshooting and issue resolution
    • System upgrades, expansions, and modifications
    • End-user training on systems
    • Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently aiming to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage support and maintenance contract renewals.
  • Ensure service excellence by strictly following company standards, policies, and service request protocols within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and address daily troubleshooting tasks effectively.
  • Follow up thoroughly on all open technical issues until full resolution is achieved.
  • Take ownership of all service-related matters post External Hand Over from the Project team.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in the security systems field, with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems considered a strong advantage.
  • Basic IT knowledge in hardware, networking, and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Standby (during weekdays/weekends or PHs) support is required in the role; allowances will be applicable.
