Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for MCU and other IC products.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, customers, and opportunities to drive growth.

Channel/Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure effective product promotion and sales execution.
- Collaborate with distributors to optimize inventory management, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance to maximize sales potential.

Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, perform demand‑creations, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high‑value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the MCU and IC markets.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product roadmaps and market demands.

Reporting and Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

PO and Samples Processing and Shipment:
- Interfacing with customer or distributor to process their PO and provide the documents and info to enable the flow of process.
- Interfacing with Customer service and warehouse to carry out the samples in time with provide the necessary documents.
- Filing of sales record to system for countries tax reference.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5~10 years of experience in semiconductor sales, with at least 2~5 years MCU products.
- MCU programming and hardware experiences are added values.
- Proven track record of working with large channels/distributors in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience managing high‑value accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the MCU market, including applications, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with the broader IC ecosystem, including analog, power, and mixed‑signal products.
- Experience working with global distributors or large‑scale channel partners.
- Familiarity with design‑in processes and technical sales support.
- Track record of sales revenue and high‑profile customers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
Education
