Qualifications

Position: Technical Sales Manager – Semiconductor / IC Solutions

Employment Type: Permanent Role

Location: North Region, Singapore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join the Foundry Business Unit. The role requires partnering with product principals, foundries, and assembly/packaging houses to provide tailored solutions and full turnkey services to customers. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in semiconductors with strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall sales forecasting, execution, and reporting activities.
  • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and product principals.
  • Identify new market opportunities within the Foundry BU and create actionable plans to convert opportunities into revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (minimum).
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or IC design environment.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor and microelectronics process workflows.
  • Knowledge of the China IC design ecosystem and supplier chain is preferred.
  • Experience with III-V devices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cadence, Mentor, Agilent ADS, and Synopsys EDA tools is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
