Industry Focus: Semiconductor Materials & Solutions and related segments

Product Line: Dow's and other similar Advanced Materials – including TIM (Thermal Interface Materials), dielectric materials, silicones, semiconductor-enabling chemistries and other turn-key (down/upstream product) projects in similar segments like the Display, Consumer & Communications and Industrial Electronics.

Job Description
  • Drive sales and business development for Dow’s and other semiconductor materials across Southeast Asia (or specified region).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within IDM, OSAT, and Tier-1 accounts.
  • Provide front-line technical support and coordinate with application engineering teams.
  • Lead technical discussions, qualification cycles, and manage long sales pipelines.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
  • Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Science, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic materials industry.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom environments, IC packaging, wafer-level processes, or backend assembly and complete processes is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is a plus to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving market with complex technical challenges.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
