Job Description
  • Support the General Manager in executing business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and pricing decisions.
  • Coordinate logistics and act as the main contact for channel partner shipment schedules and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional activities, including social media campaigns.
  • Manage distributor relationships, develop new client accounts, and travel within assigned territories to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper display of marketing materials at partner locations and conduct training workshops as needed.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience managing distribution networks and enabling sales through channel partners.
  • Regional exposure across Southeast Asia markets, and comfortable to travel about 50% to support existing/new business development.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (eg. SAP) and design software (eg. AutoCAD) for sales process management and technical drawing review.
  • Keen to learn technical aspects of niche products, with training and support provided.
