A recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to engage clients in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree and 2 years of sales experience in construction technology, along with knowledge of BIM platforms. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline and delivering impactful product presentations, all while maintaining client relationships. This position is based in Singapore and offers a dynamic work environment.
Working Location: Redhill
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Friday WFH)
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients in the AEC industry to understand their challenges and recommend impactful BIM and digital construction solutions.
Drive new business opportunities, grow your client portfolio, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, and prepare clear, professional proposals and quotations.
Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent customer experience.
Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and consistently work toward achieving your sales targets.
Stay ahead of the market by keeping updated on BIM trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in with 2 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or related fields.
Knowledge of BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar) is an advantage.
