Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of Adelmo’s products and solutions, particularly in the electrical, mechanical, and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems sectors. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-sales to post-sales stages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up visits to M&E contractors (L3 to L6) to promote Adelmo’s product range.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and service support.
2. Technical Consultation & Support
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions from Adelmo’s product portfolio.
- Provide product demonstrations, site evaluations, and technical clarifications to clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with the engineering team on system design, product selection, and project implementation details.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting stages when necessary.
3. Sales Administration & Coordination
- Prepare sales quotations, tender submissions, and follow-up reports in a timely manner.
- Update customer and project information in CRM systems and sales trackers.
- Liaise with internal departments (Engineering, CSD, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of sales orders to operations for fulfillment.
4. Marketing & Presentation
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities to promote Adelmo’s products and solutions.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and product development.
- Work on improving and updating sales presentation materials and product brochures.
5. Customer Relationship & After-Sales Support
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all client interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and identify potential for future business.
Job Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Candidates with strong technical understanding and interest in UPS systems or power solutions will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical or solution sales (preferably in UPS, power systems, or M&E industry).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.
