- Build and maintain customer and partner relationships in Singapore and ASEAN to identify business opportunities.
- Support Sales Manager in developing and executing strategies for new and existing markets.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and due diligence to support business decisions and proposals.
- Perform customer needs analysis and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Offer on-site support for robotic and automation project deployment.
- Deliver after-sales support and technical guidance for system maintenance and repair.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics and/or Business or equivalent
- Possess 2–4 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions
- Must have Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g., mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration)
- Technical acumen with the ability to bridge client needs and engineering solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Proven knowledge and execution power to bring successful development strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest market and business trends is also imperative while developing business strategies to penetrate the new market.
- Willing to travel around Singapore; overseas travel may be required depending on business needs
