Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships within the robotics and automation sectors. The position demands 2–4 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage the sales process from proposals to after-sales support. Strong understanding of robotic applications is essential. The role will also require local and occasional overseas travel.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales/business development experience in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong understanding of robotic applications like mobile robots and robotic arms.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.

  • Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
  • Support Sales Manager in market strategy development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to aid business decisions.
  • Manage proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contracts.
  • Provide technical expertise and demonstrations.

  • Build and maintain customer and partner relationships in Singapore and ASEAN to identify business opportunities.
  • Support Sales Manager in developing and executing strategies for new and existing markets.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and due diligence to support business decisions and proposals.
  • Perform customer needs analysis and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Offer on-site support for robotic and automation project deployment.
  • Deliver after-sales support and technical guidance for system maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics and/or Business or equivalent
  • Possess 2–4 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions
  • Must have Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g., mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration)
  • Technical acumen with the ability to bridge client needs and engineering solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Proven knowledge and execution power to bring successful development strategies.
  • Knowledge of the latest market and business trends is also imperative while developing business strategies to penetrate the new market.
  • Willing to travel around Singapore; overseas travel may be required depending on business needs
