A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to expand their customer portfolio in Drive & Automation products across South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering and experience in the Electrical industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. This role involves preparing tender bids and collaborating with various teams. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

• Experience working in the Electrical industry.
• Knowledge in Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives is preferred.

• Expand and develop the existing customer portfolio while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet sales objectives for Drive & Automation products across the South East Asia region.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing market share through targeted market penetration efforts.
• Engage proactively with clients to understand their requirements, offer technical solutions, and present proposals that support business growth.
• Prepare and submit tender bids, generate quotations, and actively track the tender process through to successful sales completion.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment in line with customer expectations.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence related to customer activities, and regularly update sales progress to the Sales Manager.
• Support marketing efforts by participating in industry events such as seminars and exhibitions.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required for business purposes.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience working in Electrical industry
• Having knowledge in Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives.
