Monday – Friday | Hybrid Work Arrangement (50% WFH, 50% Office)

Job Overview

This position combines technical expertise with sales responsibilities to support customers across local and regional markets. The successful candidate will provide technical solutions, participate in product development discussions, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The role involves regular client engagement, regional travel within ASEAN, and the flexibility to work under a hybrid arrangement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical sales support for local and regional markets.
  • Engage customers on product development and modifications.
  • Deliver technical presentations and minimal training sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel regionally within ASEAN (1–2 trips per month, weekdays only).
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in power supply applications.
  • Background in industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or semiconductor.
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with sales acumen.
  • Must own a personal car (company provides car and petrol allowance).
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work under a hybrid arrangement (50% WFH, 50% office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
