Job description
  • The Technical Sales Engineer will be our technical expert on the PFOEM Life Science and Process Control product ranges supporting sales in South East Asia; supporting Sales and Customers Service in driving forward business growth and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop offers and quotations for products
  • Deliver opportunity qualification
  • Run and manage opportunity pre-studies
  • Provide detailed technical support to both internal and external customers
  • Develop an understanding of the wider Norgren product ranges and match products to applications
  • Take responsibility for a suite of products, and train others in their application
  • Work alongside other teams to deliver change requests, deviations and value engineering projects
What We Are Looking For
  • A successful background in technical sales, sales or engineering within the Life Science and Process Control markets, ideally with pneumatic and control systems experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical and critical thinking; a keen eye for detail and creative solutions
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with a range of different stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • A basic level understanding of the theories that underpin our products, or the ability and willingness to learn
  • Proficient with standard business tools including MS Office, JDE, CRM. CAD skills would be advantageous.
