Job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our regional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting both our core range of industrial thermal equipment and the products of our trusted trading partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company or department;
  2. Generate sales leads, identify potential customers, and expand the client base across Southeast Asia region, while tracking their requirements, ensuring timely and regular progress reporting.
  3. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
  4. Ensure timely collection of sales payments in accordance with project progress;
  5. Coordinate contracts, specifications, and technical solutions with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s product offerings and customer needs;
  6. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a controlled and structured progress.
  7. Provide weekly progress reports and manage tasks for new assignments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  8. Undertakes and carries out other additional duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the company or supervisor, in alignment with business needs and the scope of work.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant technical disciplines.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the industrial or engineering sector.
  3. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and industrial applications is an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken, written, and reading) to effectively communicate with China HQ.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia (approximately 20–30%).

Working Days and Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri) 9am - 6pm
