About the Company

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to assist with quotation preparation, customer inquiries, and coordination between internal teams and customers.

Support sales operations and contributes to smooth communication and service delivery across departments;
  • Prepare and manage quotations and proposals in response to customer requests;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, logistics, technical) to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment;
  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or online channels, ensuring a high level of service;
  • Track ongoing projects and maintain organised sales documentation;
  • Build basic product and market knowledge to support the sales process.
  • Requirements
    • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline;
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service;
