Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and execute complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile methodology skills and have a proven track record of managing projects successfully. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
• 3+ years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure effective application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Partner with leadership to promote Agile values, mindset, and cultural transformation across departments.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
