Job summary

DXP, a leading Singapore telco turning into a cloud-first AI-powered platform, seeks a Technical Project Manager to bridge business outcomes and technical delivery. You will ensure Data 360 data domain teams build reliable, scalable data and analytics platforms underpinning customer journeys.

You will drive agile ceremonies, plan phased delivery across environments in AWS and Snowflake, and maintain delivery health with focus on data quality and observability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data platform delivery or analytics programs.
• Experience leading data engineering pipelines in CI/CD with AWS/Snowflake.
• Hands-on with modern data tech stacks like Airflow, Airbyte, NiFi, and SageMaker.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science or related field.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the connective tissue between business outcomes and technical execution, ensuring that DXP’s Customer 360’s data domain teams deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing data and analytics platforms that underpin their customer and enterprise journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain team rhythm and cadence.
• Plan and execute phased delivery strategies across multiple environments (DEV/SIT/PROD) within AWS and Snowflake ecosystems.
• Track delivery health through velocity, throughput, data quality SLAs, and pipeline stability metrics.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-domain dependencies early.
• Communicate risks, decisions, and delivery trade-offs clearly across key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of agile, DataOps, MLOps and cloud automation best practices across DXP Data teams.

What you’ll bring

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with agile project delivery in a DataOps or cloud-native environment, preferably across data ingestion, transformation, and machine learning pipelines, with a solid understanding of Snowflake, AWS, CI/CD, MLOps and observability frameworks, and end-to-end delivery metrics.

• 8+ years of experience in data platform delivery, data ops & quality management, or analytics program management, with at least 3 years in a technical project management, delivery lead or scrum master capacity.
• Proven track record managing data engineering teams delivering pipelines and analytics workloads via CI/CD within AWS and Snowflake architectures..
• Proven experience coordinating ingestion, modeling, and ML engineering deliveries based on modern data tech stacks such as Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Airbyte, NiFi and AWS SageMaker.
• Hands-on level familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Monday.com, Snowflake, SQL, dashboarding.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
